Apart from IITs the following government colleges are best for the civil engineering:-

1.NIT Tiruchirapalli

2.NIT Warangal

3.Delhi technological University

Hello dear!

Since you have secured 72.75 percentile and the cutoff for the qualification of general category is 89.75 percentile . Therefore, you are not qualified in JEE main.

You will not get any government institutions with the help of Jee main percentile.

Yes you need to clear entrance exams for civil engineering ir any other engineering course, but it is not available for class X.

As per your percentile of 93 in JEE Mains 2019 and rank 96000 you have some chance to get civil engg and Metallurgical and Materials Engg. in NIT Sikkim, Manipur, etc. Also you can check cutoff for civil engg and Metallurgiy and Material engg. with your respective state

Hiiii Nikki!!!! I am sorry to say that with this percentile you won't be able to get good government college that too when you are a student of general category. Still you can look for good private colleges if they accept the JEE marks. Good luck for that!!
