As you got 8889 OBC NCL rank in JEE Main 2019, you have very little chance of getting into NIT Calicut. If you wait untill the last round, you may hardly can get Bio-Technology.

it will be difficult to get an admission at GCET as they have less seats and they consider rank below 1k.

so your rank is not satisfying the selection criteria.

With this score,chance of getting IIT MADRAS,IIT BOMBAY,IIT DELHI etc for Mtech program is less.You can secure seats in IIT GUWAHATI.For sureity wait till IITs announce their cuttoff score for Mtech program.Chance of getting high ranked NITs is less,you need at least 500 for top NITs.To Know which more

Congratulations!!! you got nice score in GATE 2019 in civil engineering. As per your mentioned you have decent chances to get PSU interview call as you belongs to General category. Generally PSU called for interview to the candidate having GATE score above 800. But you may get interview
