At this rank chances of top IITs are almost NIL. But you can get lower IITs. It will also depend on your category.

So your chances are less according to last year trend.

Every year the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.

This vary year by year depending on the cutoff of that year.But if you get more than 55 then you can nits in civil branch. You have to  score minimum 50-60 for a good nit. You can also check previous year cutoffs of gate in careers360 gate details section.
