As per the last iteration of BITSAT 2018,the cutoffs were
274/450 in the Pilani campus and 258/450 in the Hyderabad campus.
On the basis of last year's cutoffs,you might get B.Pharm in both the above mentioned campuses.

Chances of getting good NITs with this much score in GATE is very less. You can get an average NIT or you can just look for other universities. With this much GATE score you can not get a good IIT. So I will suggest you to go for

Let me tell you that,the paper pattern for jee advanced is not fixed. It can be of any marks and in any format. So estimating marks is difficult task. But you can get civil engineering upto 7000 general rank. We cannot predict crossponding marks, as total marks varies
In 2018 the closing rank for Civil at NMAM University was 51199 though the cutoffs may change as they depend on various factors like number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the exam and availability of the seats but you need not to worry as with this

Your rank is bit good.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a less chance of getting the call from the PSUs as you have the advantage of ST category.The PSUs which may call you are IOCL,ONGC,NHAI,etc.If you don't get a call then you should prefer to take
