Computer science marks is not used as eligibility criteria to get admission in Engineering.

To be eligible for KEAM

That 50 % is the aggregate score in physics, chemistry and maths taken together. And also the candidate needs to get a minimum of 50 % in maths alone seprately.

There are more chances to get a seat in IITs but the chance is very less to get a seat in the core sector branches. You can have the chance to get M.tech Climate Science and Technology, M.tech Infrastructure Engineering and Management, M.tech Structural Engineering-

Hi Utkarsh, the cutoff varies every year based on various factors like number of seats available number of test takers difficulty level of exams and category of the students etc. However going by the previous year cutoffs, you have high chances in, 

1) IIT Bombay 

2) IIT Guwahati 

3) IIT

  • Get a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Try to complete internship while you are pursuing your degree

Its a totally relative matter.Someone who likes construction of buildings,bridges,roads will prefer Civil engineering and someone who has interest in information and communication technology,softwares will prefer Electronics and communication engineering.But the hard truth is unless you are studying in a very good engineering colleges(like IIT,NIT,ISM,VIT,JU,IIEST Shibpur etc) it
