No, you cannot take admission in Civil Engineering after clearing 10th. The eligibility criteria for any Engineering field requires you to complete 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the mandatory subjects.

See the rank u are expecting is bit low for getting admissioned in many good colleges. The college u are asking for is having a cut off rank very high as compared to ur rank and is about 5000 for OC GIRL.

So u might not get admissioned
