Hello Jatin,

   There is some information missing in the question you posted.The Eligibility criteria will be varying for different institutions.

Most of the institutes mention Passing of Class 12th or its equivalent as the eligibility criteria. They also do mention the pass percentage but the percentage might vary from institution

The closing ranks for SGSITS is around 38000.For COEP your score should be around 340.For VJTI the score should be around 320.You can also apply for other Colleges if you didn't get admission to this Colleges such as Walchand College, and other good government colleges.

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board will conduct the OJEE for admissions to various courses offered by institutes in Odisha.
