Dear Harpreet, if you have completed secondary education and at least 12 years of formal education outside Japan, you are eligible to pursue Undergraduate courses in Japan. If you are going to study at a University, you are eligible for a College Student Resident Status. Not just at a University

Job through RRB in je , see in group C cadre (non executive post ).

And join Indian engineering service and get allocated to the Indian railways.but it is a very tough exam only 15-20 seats for general

Class 10th percentage does not matter for civil engineering because the admission will be based on the entrance exam in which you will appear and class 12th marks but not class 10th marks therefore try to perform well in the entrance exam and grab a seat in the good college.
