Delhi University does not provide Civil Engineering course.Typically,It does not have any B.Tech courses,Only BA,B.Sc,B.Ed courses are available.

You have to write GRE to get good college with score 320 plus while you also need to write IELTS AND TOFLS it depends on which part of world you wanna study on that you take exam frankly i suggest you go approch jamboree and princton coaching class
