Different colleges have their different requirement of percentage of marks. Actually, you should have secure at least 75% marks in the 12th class board exam, or be in top 20 percentile in the 12th class exam conducted by the respective Boards. Then only you can eligible to get NIT

you can give LEET Exam ,it is conducted for the students who seeking admissions to 2nd year of any stream directly.if you clear this you can have b.tech admission.if you dont wanna such a exams then also you can get b.tech,because many  colleges/ private universities allow diploma holders

Ofcourse you can get admission in diploma in civil engineering but before that you have to appear for Polytechnic exams of your state.If you qualify those exams you will get government college and if you didn't qualify then you can apply for any private polytechnic college.
