I think you have a decent chance but there are not more information available.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE approved institution or B.Sc. from a recognized university with at least 45%(40% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) in aggregate.
Also candidates having B.Sc. degree
