BA journalism is 3 years course which is pursued after 12th. Minimum qualification required is to pass 10+2 from recognised board with 50%. So its not possible to do b.a journalism without plus 2.

Well you can conform to college regarding same before taking admission.

Central University of Haryana is good for Civil Engineering with average package of Rs.3-5 LPA. You can also try in other colleges like Amity, SRM, LPU etc.
