You have good chances of getting Civil Engineering in CUCEK Kuttanad. Do apply for counselling as per your rank. If not Civil then you may get any other branches except teh top branches (ECE,CSE,Mech.).

The placement of civil branch in all over india is not good. You can check the statistics.
You can see the placement of NIT calicut for civil is approx 50%. So don't think about placement for Civil, you can start preparation for gate.
