The cut off rank depends upon your category as well. You should have mentioned your category. Here is the list of colleges that you can consider:

*Institute of Engineering and Management

*Heritage Institute of Technology

You will have to apply for admission under 15% All India Quota and according to your marks, you have less chances for admission in Tamil Nadu under All India Quota.

You can try for admission to private colleges under management quota but fees is high for management quota seats.
