Being in general Category with this marks and rank it is difficult to get civil in good nit.but you can try for eastern nits.if you are sc st obc then you can get civil in manit,mnit,nit delhi etc.
The cut off varies college nd entrance wise so please provide the specific required details.

You can try Electronics and telecommunication in GEC Raipur

Sorry it is hard to get nit plz go for state engineering colleges. And try other tests.You can get eastern nit but i personally suggest they are not good enough. Try for private colleges either.
