I presume that you are talking about your GATE Admit card. You can contact the GATE Zonal centre along with the copy of your application form. Please mention your registration number or the enrolment id and send them a copy of it also at the earliest.

Hey Kashif! It is a pretty good choice to go for M.Tech in civil engineering from DTU. The package is average. You'll get good exposure as it's Delhi and it will be beneficial for you.
