Yes, all the branches of BITs are good but the main campus is better than all. And the Hyderabad campus is also nice for Civil Engineering overall but I would suggest you to try for BITs pilani as it has better placement records as compare to BITs Hyderabad and Goa.
It is tough to predict the cut off marks for HBTI Kanpur as it is first time that HBTI Kanpur will take admission through JEE Main earlier it was through UPSEE. Try to score more than 180 marks in your exam to get into this college in civil branch.
