If you have limited yourself to being a girl then it can be a problem to you. If you are interested in the field, if you want to work as an IES officer then you have nothing to worry about being a girl. I don't understand why there will be problems. There are IAS, IPS Female officers who are doing great in there professions. There are numerous IES officer who have become the advisors to the central Government so you should not worry about being a girl.
We all are full of potentials, only thing is we don't execute or channelize the potential in a correct way.

Plinth height is provided to protect the building from dampness which may seep due to the direct contact with the ground. The top of plinth protection is given with damp proof course (DPC) which prevents dampness directly, Plinth height also provide safety against water flooding. Plinth level is is at which the building ends and the super structure starts. The plinth height is between 300mm and 450mm from ground level. Experts suggest that the plinth height of 150mm is better to be adopted from top of the road.
