I am an ECE graduate. Can I appear for the Engineering Services Exam in Civil Branch?

Yes! As per the recent notice you can apply not only to Civil but to any branch in IES exam or engineering service examination.One can apply to Mechanical,Civil,Electrical,ECE and to any of the IES examination irrespective of the Btech Branch.
