It is impossible to get a seat in in OU or JNTUH like colleges. There are very less seats (30) in both of them. With 1409 rank , it is just not possible to get a seat. Moreover preference is given to candidate , who has cleared GATE. To

There is no such restriction of tattoos in UPSC or Civil Service exams. It is allowed and will not impose any problem. But it is advisable that the tattoo should not represent any kind of vulgarity or religious agenda that may harm or affect your personality.
