IIT Guwahati-- Water Resources Engineering and Management. Last year closing cutoff score is 360 for OBC-NCL.

I will suggest you to go for UPES, If u would have asked for cse or it departments, i would have surely suggested SRM. Bt for mechanical, civil or electrical engineering don't even think about srm. No good faculties and 0 placements. (If u are lucky u might get tcs
