in chandigarh engineering college there is civil engineering or not and there is direct admission policy or not

Hello,

Chandigarh Engineering College(CEC) does not offer courses in civil engineering. It offers admission only in Electronics & Communication Engineering , Computer Science And Engineering , Mechanical Engineering and Information Technology.
Admission is based on jee mains.

It depends on the IIT you want to get into and your gate score. Every IIT department has its own CGPA cuttoffs. But if you have got good gate score than CGPA doesn't matter much. 6.21 is a decent CGPA and so if you'll have good gate score
