Most of the Indian institutions collect certain amount of fee from the students. Even government colleges also collect some amount of fee. Some colleges offer 100% fee waiver for highly meritorious students. Based on your interested institute and college, you can check for that.

They are one and the same. Few boards do not give 10th passing certificate. They only give marks sheet. So even if you upload marks sheet instead of passing certificate, you are good. Just follow this instructions while uploading images.

Open the Certificate in MS Paint, Rotate it 90deg (change it from Landscape to Portrait mode), keep the size between 200 kb to 280 kb .. and UPLOAD IT. DONE...
Note: after upload you can rotate it back to original mode

Hi, It is mentioned that you have to upload a scanned copy of the passing certificate of 10th standard. But for CBSE, the marksheet and certificate is same. So you have to scan your result/marksheet and upload it in the format given.
Scoring 90% in class 10th is really appreciable. Hence the student must be familiar with all the basics of class 10th. But we cannot predict the difficulty level or your score in class 11th based on class 10th marks. It all depends upon how good we are in our basics.
