See the Admit cards can only be provided by the School authority only. SO if you can visit the regional office/Study center of the Open School board your son is studying. They will provide you required forms and you have to apply in those in order to get a duplicate

As you are interested in Mathematics then take it. Also you don't want to take Commerce and Biology. Then in that case you can take Science + Mathematics.

If you are talking about 10 th class then mostly Biology will be their in 10 th Subjects in science

You can retrieve or get your information about your roll number from your respective school in which you are enrolled in. For 10th class, students get their exam board roll numbers allotted by the CBSE( or whichever board you are from) which is provided to students by their schools.
