You can definitely do NCC with whatever degree you are perceiving. NCC is more of an extra curricular activity which does not need any particular type of degree.

Dear Santosh, recently West Bengal has updated their West Bengal NEET domicile criteria that the Candiate should have resided in West Bengal for a period of atleast 10 years to be eligible for West Bengal domicile. If that comes to implementation, your daughter might not be eligible for West Bengal

For correction of name in Aadhar or voter or PAN card or in any government documents, high school certificate is considered as the easiest mode. You can use your 10th admit card as well. You can also use your passport  (if you have) or driving license.

Academic Criteria:

1) A candidate must have more than 60% marks in 10th and 12th (or diploma).

2) A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.

3) A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after HSC(12th) and not after SSC(10th) or in between semesters of graduation.
