Basic maths is for those who don't wish to study maths past the 10th grade, such as those who prefer to study PCB, commerce, arts or another subject in 10+2.
You cannot enrol in the commerce stream with maths if you took basic maths in your 10th grade.
Only the commerce stream and other non-math streams are open to yo u.
