Hello dear aspirant

Gap years are never an issue for getting a job in PSUs,  you are definitely eligible to get a job in PSUs. You need to score good in B.Tech and you will get a job in PSU.

Your academic is good except the graduation score.

Thw leaving certificate of lower class is always kept by the authority of the higher class for documentation purpose.

For example,like leaving of 10th is kept by college . Leaving of college is kept by university.
