yes you  can atend the  puc 2nd exam  in arts  to  get qualified you must get an agreegate of 45% in this exam and you will be  in need to submit your 12th memo too if you are a general candidate.

Hello dear candidate. 

Your date of birth will be checked via all the documents you hold against your name. These include the birth certificate, your aadhar card and your SSC marksheet.

No, you can't change your birth date under any circumstances.

Dear Nancy, There are 20 IIMs in India.The admission criteria of each IIM is independant to mandate their own eligibility criteria including CAT score, accademic cut offs, past academic performance, relevant work experience, etc. Selection of Candidates for Institutions accepting CAT scores depends upon the Institution you are interested in.

As your having your home state Bihar you are eligible for home state quota from Bihar state.

And you have completed your senior secondary from Delhi and if your school from where you have passed Senior Secondary is in Delhi then you are eligible for Delhi State quota
