Hey harsh,

Only the latest caste certificate is allowed. And as much im aware of there is no such thing as general  caste certificate.neither any general caste student is required to submit any certificate. Unless the candidate belongs to EWS. And An EWS Category student can't belong to SC/ST/OBC. Yeah

Hello Arpita,

The place you are born in is your state of domicile.Since you are born in  Maharashtra it's your state of domicile .Domicile certificate/Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) is a proof that you are citizen of that state .You might have done your 10/12th from outside but it doesn't matter

Hey there

Talking practically I would not suggest you to prepare for boards in order to clear exams like kvpy. If you would see the question paper of kvpy then you will find that they ask for the whole syllabus far before your college takes the final test of 11th.
