Yes, there will be problem. You need to upload all the certificate asked. In case if you does not submit your class 12 and 10 certificate then, they won't be able to decide whether you are above minimum required percentage. And they may reject your document.

Only the latest caste certificate is allowed. And as much im aware of there is no such thing as general caste certificate.neither any general caste student is required to submit any certificate. Unless the candidate belongs to EWS. And An EWS Category student can't belong to SC/ST/OBC. Yeah

The place you are born in is your state of domicile.Since you are born in Maharashtra it's your state of domicile .Domicile certificate/Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) is a proof that you are citizen of that state .You might have done your 10/12th from outside but it doesn't matter
