Hello neha,
You will get state quota only if you are applying for college in your respective state. You will not get quota if you use Mumbai domicile in up or vice versa. You should use only in your own state where domicile is applicable.

Dear aspirant

If you have completed minimum of four years of study in India then you would be considered under the normal category only. But if you have done all your schooling till 10th and did your 11th & 12th from India then it would come under the NRI category.
