For OBC NCL:

For IIT System- 347/500

For NIT System- 339/500

The five subjects to be taken are:

1.Physics

2.Chemistry

3.Mathematics

4.Any language ( if you have taken more than one)

5.Any other subject other than these 4 with highest marks..(you can even take physical education or environmental education )

Yea you can apply for CAT exam as you are in ypur final year. But as you said the results for sem 4 is not out yet , so wait for your result of sem 4 and then apply for cat

As far as my research, the medium of instruction is bilingual. It's not completely English or Marathi. But I would suggest that you should consider some senior regarding this issue he/she might be a better person to guide you.
