Well dear If you are giving improvement then you should fill Code-1 as that means you are appearing,even If you are appearing for the improvement exam.

But,If you don't pass you won't be eligible to take admission in MBBS,BDS etc courses.

As far as the marks are concerned, during filling the form for NEET registration you will have to put in your new roll number provided to you as a improvement student.
