You will face a little difficulty in the first semester as your classmates might have opted for CSE in their previous classes and it will take time for you to understand few basics of programming language but after a little practice, you will be good to go.

Hello friend, if you score more than 50% aggegrate in pcb in 2020, then you will be eligible for neet 2020. If you failed to score the 50% aggegrate then I'm sorry to say that you won't be eligible for appearing in neet 2020 also. So study hard and score

I checked the official notifications,and it clearly states that candidates must have passed the qualifying exam in 2018, 2019 or will be passing in 2020 are only eligible to appear for JEE Main 2020.So yes you might give JEE Mains again,and when you gave your 10th does'nt really

The forms for the improvement exam of feb 2020 will be released in October 2019,that is after the end of july exam.
You can fill them in October.

The college's that consider home state quota such as National Institutes of Technology,consider your home state as the one mentioned in your class 12th report card and thus makes you a local of that state.

Considering this, your home state will be considered as Andhra Pradesh not Telangana.
