Yes, dear, you can get engineering college but you have to go with private colleges because as per you percentage and marks in various exams you can't get govt colleges so try to get private colleges. There are a lot of private colleges in our country which offer engineering courses

Ofcourse you are eligible for NEET 2020,
As minimum qualification for application to NEET is to pass 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects with atleast 50% marks (45% marks for PH and 40% marks for SC/ST category )

Yes, dear Ketan, you are eligible for diploma engineer courses just start the further process of taking admission in various colleges of engineering diploma colleges. Apply for colleges and in councelling, you get diploma engineering college or you can try for private college as well.
