I did my schooling from 8 till 10th in other country and I studied my 11th and 12th in India so will I be considered NRI or normal student ?

Dear aspirant

If you have completed minimum of four years of study in India then you would be considered under the normal category only. But if you have done all your schooling till 10th and did your 11th & 12th from India then it would come under the NRI category.

In anna university counselling application, in place of HSC Equivalent registration number, you are supposed to fill your HSC/12th Board roll number/ registration number. If you check your marksheet or just the result page on the website, you will see your registration number there. You are supposed to fill that

If you have studied from  1 to 10th standard at up itself there is no need for domicile certificate. You need to produce a study certificate, leaving certificate of 10th std, character certificate and other 12th class documents. You need all the above documents attested with multiple copies.
