No, the name of your guardians should not create any problem in admissions. If you can go to the authorities, please contact them and tell them your parent's name were misspelled in your certificates. Make your sure your name and DOB is same in both these certificates, otherwise

1) Age 

2) You must have attained minimum 45% marks in each subject namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The basic eligibility for NEET is scoring Atleast 50% marks in PCB subjects, which makes you eligible for NEET.

Other eligibility criteria for NEET is the age criteria, minimnum age requirement is 17 years as on 31 december 2019.
