No, there will be no problem in admission if you have not given obc certificate in 10th or 12th class but filled it for jee.

But yes if you don't have the certificate during councelling then your seat allocation will be done by the general category rank and not

With 470 marks you have scored 72 % in hsc boards Maharashtra.
But according to this years results the top 20 percentile closes at nearly 80- 85% . Therefore there is no chance that you make it up to the top 20 percentile of your board.

for better go for counselling and apply for the your domicile private colleges where you can get an admission. Many students are there who study in private institute, So it's not a bad mark.
