See, first of all you dont qualify the basic eligibility criteria for JEE mains that is 75% but please do check form

to be eligible to apply for merchant navy, one must have an aggregate of 60% minimum as an aggregate in their examination and also they should have minimum of 50% in English as a separate subject. These are the minimum criteria to be eligible for merchant navy.
