For studying mechanical engineering, there is no as such minimum eligibily criteria for entrance in B.tech courses but you must pass you 10th class.

you need to opt for PCM in 11th class for studying engineering.

Yes you can For Admission in Patna Science College, candidates have to apply offline by downloading the application form from official website. Candidate applying for undergraduate level courses should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with minimum 55% marks.
