This is a big mistake that you have done, now for getting it corrected you must send an email to them or just try out their helpline number and ask for the same.

It basically means the year and month in which you passed the HSC exam. The month in which you gave your hsc exam. If you failed in any subject and have the re-exam then in that subject field write down the month and year of the re-exam year.
