in order to get admission in btech you have to pass 10+2 from science stream. which has mathematics, physics and chemistry must. and some people take auxiliary subject as biology/ statistics/ computer science. but pcm is must. hope you get my point.

Hi Mani,

As you mentioned your HSC score 482 in board so you have almost clear the B.tech  cutoff for engineering. But along with the boards score you sholud have to appear either for JEE Mains or State CET examination in order to get admission in government college for chemical

Hello Mani,

       You have got a decent marks in +2 and it purely depends on your maths physics and chemistry marks. If you have good enough cut off you can get a good college. As there are only few government colleges provodipr chemical engineering, it depends on your cut off.

First of all you should know that Ferguson's is no more a government aided college. It's now autonomous. So you can join the college with management seats as well but you have to pay more for that.
