For getting admissions in colleges, you must be 12th pass. Colleges don't give admission to 10th pass students and with 59.8 % you cannot get any concession in fees ' let it be college admissions or 11th class admissions. You may contact for any further query

Yes you can get reappear in 10th and 12th examination even though you have already appeared once. But this won't make you eligible for competitive exams if you have already crossed the minimum age required for the same.
See basically std 10 th percentage sometimes only act as a birth certificate As your percentage is low in std 10th .. it doesnt matter bt for preparing for defence area like army or navy etc you need to prepare for entrance exam very hardly giving full 4-6 hrs for
