I would suggest you to again refer to the below given official website of Fegusson College it is no where mentioned that the 12the board of the student is compulsory to be HSC board. The only eligiblity criteria to register for any course is that you need to pass in

Actually the gap between 10th and 12th does not effect your admission in iit.If you repeat 11th twice,that doesn't matter but if you repeat 12th more than twice,then you may not get oppourtunity to get into iit.Since you can write jee mains thrice and jee advanced twice,they consider

To get  admission into DU your percentage needs to above 93%. Since you have scored 65% you are not eligible. You need to have state level certificates in the competitions you have participated. But still it old be difficult to secure a seat with 65%. I would recommend
