For FMS you need to score 99+..Each & Every time FMS cutoff was revolve around 99 perventile in CAT.

For IIT dms The cutoff should be 95+ percentile..But i don't think so even after 95+ you will get a call.Because IIT delhi will look for Candidate who scores More
