To get  admission into DU your percentage needs to above 93%. Since you have scored 65% you are not eligible. You need to have state level certificates in the competitions you have participated. But still it old be difficult to secure a seat with 65%. I would recommend

Gap wont affect it.You must have passed for hsc exam in 2017/2018 or appeared in 2019.

For doing diploma after class 10 you need to appear in POLYCET and then you can do diploma in cse after class 10 .
