Is birth certificate necessary for AIIMS MBBS counselling?

Shanu Anand 22nd Mar, 2019
Hello Hima,
Admission to professional courses is mainly based on the marks(rank) obtained by the candidate in a competitive examination(nation/state-wide). So, one should carry the marks/rank card, rather than the DoB certificate which is required, in any case, by the institution admitting the student for the course.

Hello Navaneeth,

After completing 10+2, MPC students can pursue Defence Services through NDA which requires Mathematics in Class 12, so you have an advantage of choosing Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects.
