Hi Mansi, as far as the new regulations are the eligiblity criteria to give exam is 60% in both 10th and 12th exams for general and obc exams. For SC-ST it is 55% in both 10th and 12th. There is also a age limit for eligibity like it is maximum

if you do not want to continue engineering its okay and you need not pay the college fee of remaining semester as you will not be continuing to study in that college. you have to just inform college in advance and ask for your transfer certificate -
