yes you are definitely eligible for b.tech course actually the aggregate marks should be maximum on or above 50 percent ,and actually if you want to go for management quota seats there is no requirements of percentage ,also for different colleges they require atleast a 60 percent above

If you filled your dob same as class 10th result then there is no problem because your dob is verified from class 10th result at the time of counselling.
