Yes you can become a radiologist. There are many government colleges in the country that offer medical education (MBBS) and PG is a stipend paying job.

Yes it is acceptable in passport, since it is recognized by Minisitry of Education it should not be an issue.

If you are thinking to become a scuentist in future then chosing the science stream will be best for you.
If you will choose science as your stream after completing 10 you will be having Physics, Chemistry as your main subjects which will be really helpful for you
